Fred, your private chef in a villa in Saint Barths...I take care of your meals during your stay, your evenings, lunches and various events. My first recipe book dates back to when I was 7 years old. Since then, the desire to cook has never left me. I obtained my chef's diploma in 1991 and have had the opportunity to work in the most prestigious gastronomic establishments of Monaco in St Tropez. Mrs Alain Ducasse and Michel Sarran were my mentors in my early years and taught me all the basics of Escoffier's modern cuisine which I still apply today.I continued my career in St Barths in luxury establishments and then I became passionate about private catering, which allowed me to be closer to my clients, to better meet their desires, to offer a real professional service in private structures, whatever their size.As a "Private Chef", my first job is to understand what you are looking for, the second to choose the best products that will satisfy your desires and finally to serve you .Catering is my job, your pleasure will be mine.
