Originally from Bordeaux, Chef Emmanuel Giacomelli, 46, discovered his passion for cooking at the age of 15. His career as a chef has taken him from Saint-Tropez to Saint-Barth via Corsica, England, Tahiti and Saint-Martin. Come on, we'll tell you all about it... Like any passionate person, Emmanuel likes to share his know-how, in terms of gastronomy, it's an excellent thing for our culinary pleasures. His skills enable him to offer a wide range of French, Mediterranean, Italian and of course traditional Creole dishes. Dishes prepared with the best vegetables, with the best fresh seafood and meats of very high quality strictly selected by his own care.
