With 15 years of experience,  he has studied alongside the best  &  worked for the most prestigious french restaurants.  Such as  the Palace la Messardière in St. Tropez,  "Le Grand Coeur" in Meribel  or  "Le Manalie" in Courchevel.  His will to transform ingredients  &  elevate each product make a dinner,  at Bistrot Bagatelle a unique culinary experience.  With his refined  &  sophisticated cooking inspired from French basics  & tastes from around the world,  The Chef hopes to give his guests an experience for all the senses.
