Since Emmanuel Maurin took over the reins of Santa Fe in 2008, it has become one of the best restaurants in St Barth, located just a few minutes from Gustavia.
Open for lunch and dinner, Santa Fe offers refined cuisine greatly appreciated by a discerning clientele.
