Le Restaurant des Pêcheurs serves fresh seafood in an elegant yet relaxed environment. The emphasis is on freshness, this is the place for fresh fish in St. Barth.

Local fishermen arrive at Le Sereno on their boats to deliver their daily catch, which is complemented by the best fish and meats flown in directly from France. Subject of the whims of the sea, we usually have available larger whole fishes that can be shared by the whole table.

Our Chef takes the fresh ingredients and with a minimum of manipulation transforms them into simple and savory dishes. The fish is prepared as you want it, whole or fillet, grilled, seared or our famous whole fish en croute de sel (fish baked in a sea-salt crust).

Le Sereno serves, breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant. We also offer a Beach and Pool menu (the Menu Plage), served continuously from noon until dark. The Menu Plage, offers sandwiches, brochettes, burgers, salads and other dishes that you can eat either in the dinning room, poolside or on the beach.

Open everyday from 7am to 10.30pm. Breakfast from 7am to 10:30am. Lunch from 12am to 3pm. Dinner from 7pm to 10:30pm.
