On the shore of the Grand Cul-de-Sac lagoon, Indigo is the perfect beachfront restaurant in Saint Barth to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner, with a menu featuring a large choice of salads, grilled meat, and specialties from various cultures carefully prepared by chef Sylvain Fernandez and executive chef Philippe Masseglia: codfish and lobster fritters, an Asian tasting-platter, chilled lemongrass soup, local fish tartar, fresh spaghetti, ravioli and gnocchi, grilled lobster and mahi-mahi, sliced chicken breast fajita-style, smoked-turkey club sandwiches, hamburgers and cheeseburgers, and of course the famous homemade French fries.
