Vacances St Barthelemy
A l'ouest de Flamands, vous trouverez une poignée d'hôtels et de restaurants le long d'une immense étendue de sable blanc bordée de lataniers. Le village de Corossol s'étire le long d'une plage, en arc de cercle et abrite un petit port de pêche. Sur la côte nord, les plages de Marigot et Lorient sont tranquilles et calmes : ce sont plutôt des plages familiales qui accueillent le dimanche les résidents de l'île. -
Plage St jean
Des eaux cristallines ourlées de sable blanc, la plage de St Jean, proche de l'aéroport, est la première que vous découvrirez en arrivant à St Barth. C'est également l'une des plus longue, les ballades à pieds y sont un plaisir. Elle abrite de nombreux restaurants pieds dans l'eau ainsi qu'un centre d'activités nautique

St Barths Events The local arts and crafts is however very present: one finds small houses 'cases' similar to doll's houses, local boats very coloured, as well as objects plaited with latanier (a tropical tree).
Music was not neglected and groups were formed to play a local music and to play during the shows concerning the life of the island.
It is sure that if there was a show on arts and crafts from 1659 to the XXth century, you could only find objects made in the last 20 years and only a few created by natives of the island.
Thus the art and the artists, just like the salmon, were imported to satisfy the new way of life which has settled in the island for a few years.
Three cultural events must be noted: The annual Festival of Music, the annual Festival of Caribbean Film, and the Gastronomical Festival.
